CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF DWI.

Client 12100 was stopped by police for speeding. The officer reported that Client had a strong odor of intoxicants, red, bloodshot, watery eyes and that Client’s speech was slightly slurred. Client agreed to a breath test which showed a BAC of .10. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After taking the case to trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.
