CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY.

Client 13100 was approached by police after an accident in which Client was involved. The officer reported Client had slurred speech, glassy eyes, a flushed face and smelled of intoxicants. When asked to get out of the vehicle, officer reported that Client had to hold on to the vehicle for support. Client agreed to take a breath test and had a BAC of .173 and was charged with DWI #2. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.
