CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY.

Client 12119 was stopped by police after the officer witnessed the vehicle weaving. The officer reported smelling a strong odor of intoxicants and that Client had red, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Client admitted to having two or three glasses of wine and agreed to submit to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) but according to the officer, could not complete the tests given. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.
