CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES.

Client 12104 was stopped by police for driving at a high rate of speed in a reckless manner. The officer reported to smell an odor of intoxicants when talking to Client. Client agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), which, the officer said, Client did not pass. Client was taken to the police department to take a breath test and which showed a BAC of .08. Client was charged with DWI, Careless or Prohibited Driving and No Seatbelt. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of all charges.
