CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF DWI.

Client 12112 was stopped by police for failure to use a turn signal. The officer reported that Client almost hit the curb and parked sideways in the parking lot. The officer stated that Client had very red, blood shot eyes and that there was vomit on Client and vomit running down the side of the vehicle. The officer also reported that Client had slurred speech and a very strong smell of intoxicants. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.
