FOUND NOT GUILTY AFTER TRIAL.

Client 11112 was stopped by police after the officer witnessed Client’s vehicle swerving and changing lanes without the use of a turn signal. The officer reported that Client had red, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and smelled of intoxicants. The officer also reported that Client was unsteady when standing and had a BAC of .14. Client was arrested and charged with DWI, but was found Not Guilty after trial.
