Client agreed to a breath test which showed a BAC of .10. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After taking the case to trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Police came into contact with Client 11121 when they were called to the scene at which there was an individual who was passed out in a vehicle. Client was in the driver’s seat and the vehicle was parked partially in the road. The officer reported that upon awakening Client, he noticed that Client had red, glassy eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of intoxicants. Client admitted to having “a lot” to drink. Officers reported that Client tried to get out of the vehicle but was unable to stand without assistance and was unable to take any Field Sobriety tests. After being transported to the police station, Client gave a breath sample which showed a BAC of .13. Client was charged with DWI, but after trial, was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 12124 was confronted by police after stopping in the parking lot of a business. The officer reported that Client turned into the lot without using a turn signal. The officer said that Client was upset and crying, but denied drinking. The officer reported that when he asked if Client had taken any medications, Client reported taking prescribed medications. The officer found prescriptions in the vehicle and suspected that Client was impaired. Client was arrested and charged with DWI-Drugs. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of the DWI-Drug charge.

Client 09101 was stopped by police for a minor traffic violation. The officer reported that Client had a strong odor of alcohol, bloodshot, watery, eyes and slurred speech. The officer further described Client as uncooperative and unable to stand without swaying. According to the officer’s report, Client failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) and refused to submit to a breath test. Client was arrested and charged with Drinking in Public, DWI, No Seat Belt, No Vehicle License, No Proof of Insurance and Refusal to Submit. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of all charges.

Officers came in contact with Client 13110 when Client stopped to check on a friend who had been stopped by the officers. The officers reported that Client had red eyes and an odor of intoxicants. Officers also reported that Client admitted to have been drinking. Client refused to take any tests and was arrested and charged with DWI and Refusal to Submit. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI and Refusal.

Client 13105 was stopped by police after the officer witnessed Client making an improper turn. The officer reported Client smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot, watery eyes and slurred speech. Client agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) but, the officer reported that Client swayed throughout the testing and did not pass. Client was then transported to the police station to take a breath test but was unable to give a sufficient breath sample for testing. Client was charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 11119 was arrested after an employee of the Dollar General store called the police. Client agreed to submit to testing and had a BAC of .165. Client was charged with DWI. After trial, Client was Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 12111 was stopped by police for speeding and was observed by the officer to have bloodshot, watery eyes and a strong odor of alcohol. Client agreed to provide a breath sample and had a BAC of .099%. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After trial was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 13103 was stopped by police for driving in the wrong lane. The officer suspected that Client was impaired and asked if Client had been drinking. Client denied being intoxicated but advised the officer of having a low blood sugar episode. Client agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), but, according to the officer, scored poorly. Client blew for a breath test and had a .00 BAC. At this point, the officer suspected Client must have been on drugs and that this was a Driving Under the Influence of Drugs case. Client was taken to the police station and agreed and take a urine test. After the test was positive for Cannabinoids, Client was arrested and charged with DWI-Drugs. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12106 was involved in an accident when the vehicle Client was following swerved and made a sudden lane change. Client reported trying to stop, but could not, and hit a second vehicle that was stopped in the roadway. When questioned at the scene by police officers, Client denied drinking, but admitted to smoking meth two days earlier. Client tested positive for methamphetamine and was charged with DWI-Drugs. After trial, Client Not Guilty of DWI-Drugs.

Client 13102 was stopped by police for failing to use a turn signal and weaving. The officer reported that Client smelled of intoxicants and had bloodshot eyes. Client admitted to drinking and agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Client also tried to take a breath test but was unable to provide the officer with a sufficient breath sample. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After going to trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 11118 was arrested by police after turning over a vehicle while trying to back out of a driveway. Client attempted to blow for a breath test, but was unsuccessful and was charged with DWI and Refusal to Submit to Testing. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI and Refusal.

Client 10105 was stopped by police after the officer witnessed Client’s vehicle driving onto the shoulder of the road and moving extremely slowly. After being stopped, the officer reported detecting the odor of intoxicants and asked Client to complete Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Client took the tests, but according to the officer, was unable to pass. Client took a breath test which registered a BAC of .09, and was arrested and charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 10104 was arrested by police when officers responded to a single vehicle accident. The officers reported that Client had red, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and swayed while standing. Client completed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) and blew a .13 on a breath test. Client was charged with DWI, but after going to trial, was found Not Guilty.

Client 12102 was stopped by police after a caller reported to police that Client had been drinking and was driving. The officer reported that Client smelled of alcohol, had red, bloodshot eyes and could not stand without swaying. Client submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) but, according to the officer, was unable to complete a breath test. Client was charged with DWI, but was found Not Guilty after trial.

Client 12131 was hit by a driver who fled the scene. When a police officer arrived on the scene and asked Client to move the vehicle, the officer reported that Client smelled of intoxicants. The officer asked if Client had been drinking and Client admitted to drinking the night before. Client agreed to take a breath test and which showed a BAC of .13. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12130 was arrested by police after hitting a fire hydrant. A witness reported to police that Client had tried to flee the scene, but that the vehicle had been damaged to the point that it could not be driven. The Officer reported that Client had a moderate odor of alcohol, red, glassy, eyes and slurred speech. Officers also reported that Client struggled to maintain balance and stumbled while trying to walk. Officers also found an empty coors light bottle under the driver’s seat. Client submitted to a breath test and blew a .217. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Police came in contact with Client 12129 while responding to a domestic disturbance call. Client reported to be looking for a daughter. The officer reported that Client was swaying and had to hold on to the vehicle to keep from falling. The officer reported that Client had red, bloodshot eyes, a strong odor of intoxicants and slurred speech. Client signed an Act 106 Rights Form, but refused to submit to any testing. At that point, Client was arrested and charged with DWI, but after trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12128 came into contact with police after officers responded to an accident. The officers reported that when they arrived, the driver was disoriented and unable to communicate what had happened. Officers reported that Client smelled of alcohol and admitted to taking prescribed medications. Client was taken to the hospital and agreed to a blood test. Client was then charged with DWI-Drugs. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12127 was stopped by police for Speeding and an Improper Lane Change. The officer reported smelling a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Client, but Client denied being drunk and agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Client blew into a Portable Breath Test (PBT) which showed a BAC of .14 and was charged with DWI. Client was taken to the Police Department and refused to submit to further testing. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 11118 was arrested after stopping to ask a police officer for directions. The officer reported that Client had bloodshot, watery eyes, an odor of alcohol, and slurred speech. After being placed in the police car, Client admitted that there was a water bottle of vodka and orange juice in the vehicle. A Portable Breath Test (PBT) showed a BAC of .136, and was arrested on suspicion of DWI #2. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI #2.

Client 11117 was stopped by police for crossing over the fog line twice. The officer reported smelling a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Client and Client admitted to drinking two pitchers of beer. Client submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) and was then taken into custody under suspicion of DWI #2. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI #2.

Client 12126 was stopped at a DWI/Sobriety checkpoint. The officer reported that Client had bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of intoxicants. The officer reported that after performing poorly on all three standardized field sobriety tests (SFSTs), Client admitted to have been drinking but refused to blow for a breath test and was arrested for DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 12125 was stopped by police for failure to stop at a stop sign. The officer reported smelling a strong odor of intoxicants and that Client had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Client 11116 was stopped by police after the officer stated he saw Client driving through a field. Client reported being lost and was trying to get home. Client 10103 came into contact with police after officers were called to a scene where there was a report of a break in. Client was driving away from the scene when police stopped the vehicle in a parking lot. The officer reported a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Client and asked Client to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Client agreed but later refused to submit to a Chemical Test. Client was charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 13108 was stopped by police after an officer reported witnessing several driving offenses. After the officer approached the vehicle, he reported that Client had red, bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol. Client agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), but according to the officer’s report, was unable to pass them. Client also agreed to take a breath test which showed a BAC of .08. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After trail, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 09100 was stopped by police while walking away from a wrecked, abandoned vehicle. Client denied driving the vehicle, but was injured and bleeding. The officer reported that Client had bloodshot eyes, smelled strongly of intoxicants, had slurred speech, and swayed while standing. Client agreed to submit to breath testing and had a BAC of .074. Client was charged with DWI #3. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12122 was stopped by police for not having a license plate light. After contact with Client and a passenger in the vehicle, the officer noted that Client had bloodshot, watery, eyes. The officer also reported an odor of intoxicants emitting from the passenger’s breath and the vehicle. Client admitted having one beer an hour prior to being stopped and had a BAC of .05. Client was charged with Underage DUI but after trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 11115 was stopped by police for swerving between lanes and changing lanes without signaling. After the traffic stop, the officer reported that Client had red, blood shot eyes and smelled of an intoxicant. Client stated that he had had one beer earlier and agreed to take a Portable Breath Test (PBT), which showed a BAC of .13. Client was arrested and charged with DWI; after taking the case to trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12222 was stopped by police for running a red light. The officer reported smelling a strong odor of intoxicants and that Client had slurred speech. At the police station Client took a breath test which showed a BAC of .248. Client was arrested and charged with DWI, but after trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12122 was stopped by an officer in a marked patrol vehicle. The officer reported that he had been trying to stop the vehicle for a while, but said Client was unaware of the officer’s presence until the officer got out and knocked on Client’s car window. After Client rolled down the window, the officer reported smelling a strong odor of intoxicants and that Client had extremely red, bloodshot, and glassy eyes. Client agreed to take a portable breath test (PBT) at the scene and which showed a BAC of .270. Client presented a credit card to the officer several times in response to a request for a drivers’ license. While attempting to place the car in park, Client put it in neutral. At this point, the officer stated he had to jump into the car to stop the vehicle. After exiting the vehicle, Client had to be held steady by the officer who then took Client to Jail. Client then took a second breath test which showed a BAC of .23. Client was charged with DWI; after taking the case to trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12120 was pulled over by police after an officer witnessed the vehicle stop abruptly and speed away from an intersection. Client reported to the officer to have had one beer, but a passenger stated Client had consumed 5 to 6 beers. Client had red, glassy eyes, slurred speech, an odor of intoxicants, and was unable to stand steady without holding on to the vehicle. According to the officer, Client failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) and blew a .106. Client was arrested for DWI, but, after trial, was found Not Guilty.

Client 12120 was pulled over by police after an officer witnessed the vehicle stop abruptly and speed away from an intersection. Client reported to the officer to have had one beer, but a passenger stated Client had consumed 5 to 6 beers. Client had red, glassy eyes, slurred speech, an odor of intoxicants, and was unable to stand steady without holding on to the vehicle. According to the officer, Client failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) and blew a .106. Client was arrested for DWI, but, after trial, was found Not Guilty.

Client 11114 was stopped by police after they had received a call of a vehicle that was driving recklessly. When police stopped Client, they reported finding two empty beer cans in the car and Client admitted having five beers and some whiskey about an hour earlier. Client agreed to take a breath test and the result was a BAC of .10. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12119 was stopped by police because the officer witnessed the vehicle weaving. After being pulled over, the officer reported that Client smelled strongly of intoxicants, had bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech. Client admitted to having two to three glasses of wine earlier in the evening and agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), but according the officer, was unable to pass them. Client also tried several times, without success, to take a breath test. Client was charged with DWI, but after going to trial, was found Not Guilty of DWI.

Client 11113 wrecked and overturned a vehicle on the way home from a bar. Because of injuries, Client was transported to the hospital to receive medical treatment. Blood was also taken to determine if Client was intoxicated. Blood tests sowed Client had a BAC of .15. Client was charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client was arrested and charged with DWI, but was found Not Guilty after trial.

Client 12117 was stopped by police for Careless Driving. The officer reported a strong smell of alcohol and asked Client to complete Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Client did take the tests, but the officer reported that Client was unable to pass them. After being transported to the police station, Client provided a breath sample which showed a BAC of .08 and was charged with DWI #2 and Carless/Prohibited Driving. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of all charges.

Client 12116 was stopped by Police for speeding and agreed to take standardized field sobriety tests (SFSTs). Testing on a Portable Breath Test (PBT) showed Client had a BAC of .14. During a search of the vehicle, the officer found a small, metal pipe that smelled of marijuana. Client was transported to the police department and refused to submit to a second breath test. Client was charged with DWI #2, but was found Not Guilty after trial.

Client 12115 was injured after having a single vehicle accident. When the officer arrived on the scene, he reported that Client had bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of intoxicants; Client made and admission to the officer of drinking before driving. Client agreed to a breath test which showed a BAC of .12%. Client was arrested and charged DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Police stopped Client 12114 for Improper Display of Tags. The officer reported that Client was argumentative, had slurred speech, and bloodshot, watery eyes. The officer also reported detecting an odor of alcohol and that Client could not stand without swaying. Client refused to sign the Act 106 Statement of Rights form or submit to a chemical test. Client was arrested and charged with DWI #2. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 11111 was approached by police after hitting two mailboxes and then being thrown from the vehicle as it overturned. The vehicle landed on a railroad track and the vehicle was then hit by a train. Client was transported to the hospital and was later charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 11120 came into contact with police after an accident. It was determined that Client pulled out in front of another vehicle and caused the accident. When the officer arrived he noted that Client had red, watery eyes, a strong odor of alcohol and slurred speech. Client agreed to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs), but according to the officer, did not pass. Client was arrested for DWI and taken to the police department to complete a breath test which showed a BAC of .07. Client was charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 13101 was found passed out in a car by a police officer. The officer reported that Client had extremely slurred speech and a strong odor of intoxicants. Client was arrested and charged with DWI and Refusal to Submit. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.

Client 12112 was stopped by police for failure to use a turn signal. The officer reported that Client almost hit the curb and parked sideways in the parking lot. When finally stopped, the officer noted that there were several empty beer cans in the floor of the boat and asked Client to submit to a breath test. The Officer reported that he noticed a significant odor of intoxicants and that Client’s eyes were red and blood shot and Client had slurred speech. The officer reported that Client admitted to drinking but reported to not feel impaired. Client submitted to a Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFSTs) and was given a portable breath test (PBT), which demonstrated a significant amount of intoxicants. Client was transported to the Detention Center’s BAC room and made 6 more attempts to give a breath sample but was unable to provide a valid one. Client was then booked into the Detention Center and charged with a DWI. After trial Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.
