CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY.

Client 13104 was stopped by police after another motorist called complaining of Client’s driving. The officer reported that Client smelled of intoxicants and had very red eyes. Client was asked to complete Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) but, according to the officer, was unable to complete the tests properly. Client was then asked to give a breath sample for testing which showed a BAC of .135. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.
