CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY.

Client 12105 was stopped by police after running a stop sign. The officer reported that Client appeared drowsy and had an odor of intoxicants. After Client agreed to a breath test (PBT) which showed a BAC of .12, Client was taken to the police department for further testing. At the police department, Client took a Standard Field Sobriety Test (SFSTs) and after a 20 minute observation period, was given a breath test which showed a BAC of .10. Client was charged with DWI and transported to the Detention Center for Detox. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty.
