CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF DWI.

Client 10101 was shooting a gun at a can of beer when officers were called to the scene. Officers reported smelling a strong odor of intoxicants on Client’s breath, officers also reported that Client was unable to complete the standardized field sobriety tests (SFSTs) given. Client refused to blow for a BAC test and was charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.
