CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF DWI.

Client 10103 came into contact with police after officers were called to a scene where there was a report of a break in. Client was driving away from the scene when police stopped the vehicle in a parking lot. The officer reported a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Client and asked Client to take Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Client agreed but later refused to submit to a Chemical Test. Client was charged with DWI. After trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.
