CLIENT WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY OF DWI.

Client 12109 was arrested by police after he was suspected of a hit and run accident. The officer reported that Client smelled of intoxicants and that Client said “I’ve been drinking too much”. Client agreed to submit to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) but refused to submit to a BAC. Client was arrested and charged with DWI. After taking the case to trial, Client was found Not Guilty of DWI.
